What Office Plan is Right for You?

If there’s one thing that can stop a great idea from getting off the ground, it’s the cost of the office you’ll inevitably need.

Did you know that the average serviced workspace in the Philippines can cost between P10,000 to P25,000 per employee? That’s not the kind of money you’ll want to spend when you’re starting out, or even if you’ve managed to grow your business for a few years—not to mention, it takes away from your ability to pay your people fairly, and from overall company profit.

You probably don’t want to deprive your employees of a clean, comfortable space, either—happy workers are better workers, after all. That’s where hybrid offices like us come in.

No matter what size office you need, M Spaces charges only P6,000 per seat, regularly saving you upwards of P34,000 for even a small team. Whether you start off as a Micro Office (four to five seats) or a fully fledged team that needs a Mega Office (eight to twelve seats), you can safely and reliably calculate this aspect of your company’s expenses.

M Spaces even provides the internet connection, the furniture, the office equipment, and even the biometrics system to keep your business running smoothly—things you would otherwise have to shell more money out for, on top of the cost of workspaces. And even if your team is comfortable with your current work-from-home arrangement, there will be times when you need to get together in person so you’re all on the same page. Our Meeting Rooms can seat anywhere between six to 22 people; rates start as low as Php500 per hour. That means you can size up to account for social distancing, so your next big presentation can be a safe and comfortable experience. But these rooms aren’t exempt from deals and promos; right now, you can pay our hourly rate and get double the allotted time!
